It is possible to extend the life of your cooking oil, potentially doubling it, which will reduce waste, reduce your costs and improve the quality of the fried food.

A variety of options exist when it comes to cooking oil filtration systems, there is something to suit every budget, from filter systems you operate yourselves through to periodic service provided by a specialist vendor. Whatever your budget you will find a means of filtering your cooking oil to extend its useful life, typically systems claim to double the life of the cooking oil. Ultimately less often you need to replace your cooking oil the less waste you will be producing and the lower your costs will be.
